The Hickory Smoked Bourbon Gouda is made with milk sourced from some of the oldest dairy farms in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. The cheeses have a lower sodium content than other similar cheeses yet still full of flavor. In order to get the right smoky flavor to the gouda cheese, the cheese masters cold-smoke each piece of cheese for 6 hours using a special aged apple pulp and hardwood.

This happens after the aging process. Hickory Smoked Bourbon Gouda is widely used in Mac & Cheese, in fruit salads or one of many cheese on a cheese board.
